BIO
Mr. Joens is involved in the firm's wrongful death, personal injury, business, and real estate practices. He handles most of the firm's wrongful death cases. Compassion throughout the legal process is just as important as the end result.
Mr. Joens applies these same principles to his business and real estate clients. He fights endlessly for them. He also particularly enjoys defending defamation cases, and was pleased to obtain a dismissal of a large libel case on appeal a few years ago with Tim Joens.
As to his background, Mr. Joens was raised in Irvine, California with his three brothers and four sisters. He attended The George Washington University in Washington D.C. where he interned for a congressman.
